Breanne Woodbury , MSW, LCSW

I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties. My focus in therapy is to create that space, welcoming clients to work through challenges without shame or judgment. My therapeutic style is supportive and collaborative, empowering the client to recognize and build on existing strengths and to develop new skills to help them live a happy life.

My calling is in clinical social work, guiding individuals through anything from deep traumas to everyday stressors. We are not taught how to manage our emotions.  When our emotions take over, relationships can feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling hopeless, self critical, alone, angry or confused. I am here to help. Through DBT,  CBT and mindfulness, individuals start to connect back to their own wisdom, feel empowered and form deeper and more meaningful connections.
