Danni Sullivan

As a Therapeutic Mentor and Parent Coach, I offer warmth, respect, patience, and sense of humor.  My relational approach assists clients in identifying and releasing unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and emotions to make room for new and more effective ways of relating to the world.  I meet with clients in coffee shops, at the library, on hiking trails, at home – wherever their lives are happening.  This unique, pro-active approach helps my clients get more organized, follow through on their intentions, and engage more effectively in relationships.  In my free time, I enjoy drawing, painting, silversmithing, cooking, and playing in nature with my family.

Areas of Specialty

I provide Therapeutic Mentoring services to teens, young adults, adults, and families.  I believe individuals can change patterns, heal old wounds, and connect more deeply with their authentic selves.  My eclectic style draws from the wisdom of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
