I believe we are all trying our best based on our experiences and beliefs.  We all develop patterns to sustain and survive and, at some point, those ways of survival stop being effective.  Whether it is perfectionism, procrastination, dissociation, anger, anxiety, or an inner critic.  These survival strategies can begin to plague us in our lives.  When this happens, it is an invitation for growth, change, and a new opportunity to thrive.

I work with individuals and couples, adolescents (Age 13+) and adults.  I work with all kinds of Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Perfectionism, struggles from growing up with Narcissistic Parents, and those who want to expand Possibilities and Vision for life.

I specialize in Trauma and am certified as an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, often weaving in other trauma healing modalities.  I am also trained in Interpersonal Process, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Ego State Therapy.

Therapy is a joint process in which you realize the wisdom inside of you assists in your process of becoming more conscious to live your life to the fullest.  I believe in empowering individuals to reach higher and reach their inner potential.
