My goal as a psychotherapist is to create space in which individuals can walk a gentle path toward healing and transformation. Since the early 90’s, I have worked with people living with severe trauma, addiction, grief, depression, anxiety and suicidal ideation. I have also worked with those who are reflecting on career considerations, personal development, and family or marital concerns. I have experience utilizing a myriad of approaches that include CBT, DBT, Gestalt and mindfulness, as well as psychodynamic work including dreamwork and active imagination.

Change is a constant in life. Sometimes changes can be painful, requiring us to face, adapt and work through them. I help my clients to grow and transform through these difficult times.  My goal is to build a partnership with my clients, guiding them on their journey toward individuation and self realization.  I foster a trusting and caring environment in order to support each client to find their path to create meaning and tend to their soul.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults through individual, couples, family and group therapy. I’ve adopted a holistic approach to health and healing that includes the mind, the body and the spirit. I would be honored to support you on your journey.
