I’m trained in the use of cutting-edge trauma therapies. These are modalities that go beyond talk therapy. I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and the Comprehensive Resource Model – all with the goal of helping individuals to heal their underlying attachment and trauma wounds.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. In my practice, I integrate heart-centered and neuroscience-informed trauma healing, which typically includes components of various theories and evidence-based treatment modalities such as, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM).
