Dr. Jordana Hazam , PsyD

Aloha and welcome. My name is Jordana Hazam and I’m a Clinical Psychologist committed to helping you become your most healthy and resilient self. Humbly, I will guide you in strengthening your internal resources which will allow you to better regulate your emotions and, make mindful choices in your daily life that align with your personal values. Through this healing process, my clients move out of feeling stuck in life’s challenges, and more empowered and connected to their inner wisdom.

My approach to healing is integrative and primarily informed by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches. I am extensively trained in evidenced-based treatments for post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and emotion dysregulation. I’ve also provided specialized care to combat Veterans in emerging treatments for Moral Injury.

I have lived and worked around the world and deeply appreciate the influence of culture and ethnic identity on the human experience. As a mixed race, bicultural clinician, I know first-hand the struggles and triumphs of navigating some of life’s difficulties. I welcome clients of all identities seeking help with issues ranging from trauma, grief, and the stress that comes with life transitions.
