Blossom Fonoimoana , PsyD, LCSW

I feel privileged to take individuals on their remarkable journey of healing. I help people to gain insight into their gifts, to understand their pain and to heal their wounds. This healing leads my clients back to a feeling of wholeness. It is such an honor to witness this transformation as individuals experience the fullness of life.  I love working with people from different backgrounds and diversities. I believe every human being has the ability to reach their full potential and challenge themselves to overcome their fears. As a Native Hawaiian, I believe the worth of every soul is great and can be nurtured to thrive.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques combining skills-based therapy with deep trauma healing. I provide Individual, Group, Couple’s and Family therapy, working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, low self esteem, anger, suicidal ideation and trauma. I also work individuals who are in recovery from addiction. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I weave in mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, visualization and breathing techniques.
