Brainspotting is a powerful trauma healing modality that helps individuals to find and release deep rooted trauma. The therapist helps to locate points in the client’s vision that connect directly to the area in the brain that stores unprocessed trauma. The creator of Brainspotting, David Grand, realized that where we look stimulates the brain in different ways. Where we look actually impacts how we feel.
