Jill’s grounded presence, genuine care, and insightfulness help people feel heard and held in their journeys of healing and growth. With her support, clients learn how to relate to familiar struggles in new ways and make changes to move toward a more satisfying and meaningful life.  Her skillful and compassionate approach allows clients to feel challenged and cared for.

Since earning her Master’s degree in 2008, Jill has worked as a therapist, parent coach, and director of family services for a young-adult treatment program.  She currently sees clients individually in her private practice and facilitates DBT groups. Experience & Training

I trust in and elicit the inherent wisdom of each client, helping them shift away from internal judgment, harshness, and rigidity and toward greater curiosity, kindness, and flexibility. In the context of a trusting relationship, clients discover and align with their core values and learn how to follow through with the choices that create more connection and fulfillment in life.
