Aloha and welcome. My name is Brittany Stevens and I would feel honored to work with you. I recognize the courage it takes for people to reach out and ask for help. It is my job to create a safe and collaborative environment that is free of judgment, where you feel supported as we navigate through our work together.
I help my clients to accept and learn to love themselves, gain skills to thrive in relationships and live their lives in an empowered and meaningful way. Individuals may struggle with anxiety, depression, low self esteem and hopelessness. I also work with individuals struggling with substance use and co-occuring disorders.
I help my clients to learn how to work with their emotions, skillfully manage difficult transitions and stressful situations, learn to effectively communicate and deepen into their relationships. Together, we embark on a therapeutic journey aimed at fostering personal growth and helping you to make mindful choices that align with your personal values.
My style is integrative, incorporating skills in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. Together, we will navigate your path to positive and meaningful change. I look forward to working with you!
