Center for Healing & Transformation

At the Center for Healing & Transformation, we provide Individual, Couples and Group Psychotherapy & Life Coaching for adults and teens.  We offer a unique set of practical life skills that empower individuals to face and move through difficult moments in their life and be successful outside of sessions.  We guide people to heal their deepest wounds and to transform how they relate to all aspects of themselves and the world. We work with adults and adolescents who are going through a difficult time and are feeling anxious, unfulfilled, unmotivated, overwhelmed or stuck at work, home or school.  Individuals may also experience depression, low self-esteem, overwhelming fear or anger.  We respect, honor, and support each person’s sacred journey.  We believe each person holds a gift for the world.

Our mission is to guide individuals on the journey toward self-realization by empowering them to increase their awareness, work with and overcome internal and external obstacles, discover their innate gifts and express them to the world.

We utilize the following modalities:

Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) – Individual and Group IFS is a cutting-edge, deep, holistic psychotherapy that provides a step-by-step framework for empowering people to heal and transform their inner world. Individuals learn to accept, communicate with, and ultimately love the most difficult parts of themselves, such as their anger, inner critical voice, and perfectionist.  This process allows these parts to relax, so individuals can access their natural strength, compassion and love.  (See IFS Group)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Individual and Group

DBT is a powerful behavioral therapy that helps individuals to gain skills in Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. Life Coaching

True Nature Coaching supports people to transform all that is blocking them from feeling confident, clear, passionate and excited about who they are and their work in the world.
